From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser.   This ganache
made of chocolate and cream is perfect for glazing a
frosted cake.  I use milk chocolate.
heaping 1/2 c chopped chocolate
1/2 c whipping cream

Microwave whipped cream for 1 1/2 minutes.
Add heaping 1/2 c chopped chocolate wafers.
Add more if desired.

I like to frost the cake with buttercream or sweetened
whipped cream, then pour the ganache over it.
Makes enough to cover a 13x9 or two 9" cakes.

This is a white cake, with raspberry filling.  Frosted in buttercream, then
ganache.  I made this for Easter.  I used homemade chocolate bunnies
for garnish.
