From the kitchen of Ann Marie Barkwell.  Green,
yellow & garbanzo beans are the base for this great
summer side dish. Goes well with grilled meat.
1 large pkg green beans, frozen
1 pckg yellow beans, frozen
1 can garbanzo beans
2 Tbsp celery, diced
1 or 2 scallions, diced, OR onion
2 Tbsp green pepper, diced
1 1/2 Tbsp red pepper, diced

OPTIONAL:
small pieces
cucumber
1 carrot, sliced diagonally

Steam beans until tender.
Mix together with other veggies.

Dressing:
juice from 1 lemon OR 2 Tbsp bottled lemon juice
2 Tbsp oil
1 1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar, or more to taste
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Italian Spices OR 1/2 tsp basil & 1 Tbsp
parsley

OPTIONAL: 1/2 tsp mint

Mix all together.  Refrigerate.
