After burning my old music collection to the computer, I
was left with a large stack of cds & cases. What a waste to
toss them all in the trash, but what to do with them? Here's
one idea. Re-purpose the case as a Desk Calendar.

Remove the media tray (what the cd
snaps into. The one in the photo is
black). Throw away.

Take the front tray card off & flip over.
Fold the tray up.
Reattach the front tray so it's upside
down.

Print & cut calendar pages.
Calendar pages should measure 4.75
x 4.75.

Place calendar pages in tabs of front
tray (this is where the front cover used
to be). All your pages will fit in the tab.
