For several years we had homes with 2 story ceilings,
so, of course, we'd cut down the BIGGEST tree we
could find. Wanting to fill these monster sized trees, I
looked to nature. We had large pines in the yard, so I
collected all the "pretty" pinecones. Scott laid down
some newspaper in the yard & spray painted them.
Then I tied some string to the top. It's been over 9
years, and they're still in good shape! After so many
years, they've become a fond reminder of our earliest
Christmases together. Here are some past trees of
ours.
