These little balls are made from balloons and lentils. Squeeze them to get rid of frustration, exercise your fingers or just have fun.

Blow up an 11 inch balloon. Hold the air in for a minute.
Then let out. This stretches the balloon.
Using a funnel, add lentils until the ball is desired size.
at the mouth of the balloon. Repeat as needed.
Trim just the top lip off the balloon. This will eliminate a
lump in the ball.
Cut neck off the second balloon. Slide over 1st balloon.
This will secure the neck of 1st balloon.
Cut neck off 3rd balloon. Slide over 2nd balloon,
covering the last opening. The 2nd balloon color should
peak through.
It's ready! Squeeze the stress ball to relieve stress/
tension, strengthen your fingers, or just burn off nervous
energy.
