Marcus Cookie (legend has it a woman bought the
recipe from Neiman Marcus for $250). It's not a
true story, but it's a tasty cookie! In response to

posted their recipe.

Cream:
1 c butter
1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
Add:
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Add:
2 c flour
2 1/2 c blended oatmeal
(put in blender & blend until it's a fine powder)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Add:
12 oz chocolate chips (2 c)
4 oz Hershey bar, grated
1 1/2 c nuts, chopped
Roll into balls.
Place 2" apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake @ 375 for 10 minutes.
Makes 56 cookies.
