From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser. A traditional
Italian pasta dish consisting of angel hair, oil, garlic,
parsley, romano cheese, salt & pepper. I use canola oil,
Mom uses olive oil. This is one of those dishes that we put
together with "a little of this and a little of that."
Cook:
angel hair pasta according to directions
Heat:
oil (olive or canola)
crushed garlic cloves
Stir over low heat for a few minutes.
Careful not to burn garlic.
Add:
cooked angel hair pasta
Toss to coat.
Remove from heat.
Sprinkle with:
romano cheese
parsley
salt
pepper
This is 2 cloves garlic &
1/2 a box of angel hair.
