From the kitchen of Ann Marie Barkwell.  As a young boy,
Stevie had this at his friend's house.  He liked it so much that
Mom got the recipe.  

Sprinkle with sweet basil & garlic powder.

Blanch
1 box frozen chopped broccoli w/ sweet onion.

Spread ricotta mixture (
ricotta, egg, sugar) over dough.

Put broccoli on top of ricotta.

Top with
mozzarella, parmesan & provolone.

Bake @ 425 for 12-15 minutes
