From the kitchen of Kay Putano.  A marinade of soy &
brown sugar flavors the wings overnight.
Make marinade:
5 oz bottle soy sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
4 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Add:
2 dozen chicken wings, cut in half
 (discard bony parts)
Puts wings & marinade in plastic bags.
Seal.  Refrigerate OVERNIGHT.
Next day drain marinade.
Put wings on cookie sheets lined with foil.

Bake @ 375 for 1 hr 15 minutes
