From the kitchen of Ann Marie Barkwell. These soft
chocolate cookies are rolled in confectioner sugar then
baked.

Mix:
2 c sugar
4 squares unsweetend chocolate, melted
Add:
4 eggs, 1 at a time
Add:
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 c flour
Refrigerate overnight.
Roll into balls.
Coat balls in confectioner sugar.
Place on a GREASED cookie sheet.
Bake @ 350, 10-12 minutes.
Let set a few minutes before moving.
