From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser. Great on carrot cake.
Cream:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c butter, softened
2 tsp vanilla
3 1/4 c confectioner sugar
Beat until creamy.
To make the consistency THICKER add more sugar
To make the consistency THINNER add more milk
