From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser. A friend
on Facebook asked for a quick tasty dinner recipe.
This was posted, then spread like wild fire. Everyone
was making it & singing it's praise. I put my own twist
on it using tofu & rice, Mexican Tofu with Salsa &
Black Beans.
In a crockpot:
couple of chicken breasts
Sprinkle with:
taco seasoning
Mix:
1 c salsa
1 can cream of (chicken/ celery/ anything) soup
Pour over chicken.
Cook on low.
When cooked, shred chicken in crockpot.
Serve on:
soft taco shells
