From the kitchen of Mabel Knewasser.  This was in
the 1st Family Cookbook.
In a large plastic bag, combine:
2 lbs red potatoes, leave skins on
& cut into 1/2" thick slices
1/3 c vegetable oil
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Shake until well coated.
Empty bag contents into an
ungreased 13x9x2 pan.
Bake covered @ 350, for 25 mintues,
stirring occasionally.

Uncover & bake 15 minutes longer
or until potatoes are tender.

Makes 6-8 servings.
