Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars
From the kitchen of Joyce Lohman.  A cake mix creates the
crust.  Cream cheese, pumkin & nuts complete these tasty
bars.
In a large bowl on med speed, mix:
1 package Betty Crocker Golden LB Cake mix
1 egg
2 Tbsp margarine or butter, melted
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Mix until crumbly.
Press into bottom of 15x10 jelly roll pan.

In a large bowl, beat:
1 package cream cheese, softened (8oz)
Beat until fluffy.

Gradually beat in:
1 can condensed milk (14 oz)

Add:
2 eggs
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 can pumpkin (16 oz, about 2c)
1/2 tsp salt
Mix well.  Pour over crust.
Optional: sprinkle with
1 c chopped nuts

Bake @ 350, 30-35 minutes or until set.
Cool.  Chill.  Cut into bars.
Store sealed in refrigerator.
