bars with a ribbon of raspberry in the center. Add a drizzle of
confectioner sugar glaze to cooled bars if desired.
1 c butter
1 3/4 c confectioner sugar
Add:
1 c ground walnuts
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Add:
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 c + 2 Tbsp flour
Divide dough in half.
Pat 1/2 into a 9x13 pan.
Spread with Raspberry Jelly (at least 1 jar).
Crumble rest of dough on top.
Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes.
Cool.
Cut into bars.
