From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser.  I
found this recipe at
allrecipes.com.  It's simple
to toss together & tastes great.
In a skillet, melt:
2 tsp butter
Add:
1 squash, cubed
Fry.
Season with
salt & pepper.
Stir in:
marinara sauce
Cook unti heated through.
Spoon into a
kaiser roll or sub roll.
Top with
shredded mozzarella.

Wrap in foil.
Bake @ 350, 15 minutes.
