Tuna Noodle Casserole
From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser.   I make
this in 2 dishes- one for now & freeze one for later.  
Buttered peas & applesauce are nice side dishes.
Cook:
2 1/2 c egg noodles
2 minutes shorter than package indicates.
Drain.  Add:
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c milk
Rinse & add:
2 cans (6 oz each) chunk white tuna
Spoon into 2 greased round dishes.

Topping:
3 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 c crushed Club or Ritz crackers
Sprinkle over tuna.

Bake @ 375, 35 minutes, uncovered

Makes 4 servings
