From the kitchen of Joan Knewasser. A yellow cake
mix turns tropical with a frosting made of cream
cheese, pudding & Cool Whip. Then it's topped with
crushed pineapple and nuts (optional). Yum Yum!

Make a yellow cake mix according to directions
in a 13x9 pan. Cool.
Whip:
8 oz cream cheese
Gradually add:
2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
Add:
1 large package instant vanilla pudding MIX
Spread on cooled cake.
Top with:
1 to 1 1/2 cans crushed pineapple- well drained.
Refrigerate.
Just before serving, dollop with:
Cool Whip (optional)
