From the kitchen of Lisa Knewasser. We first
had this at a birthday party. Scott told Clay it
was real dirt, Clay believed him. Once we
convinced him it wasn't dirt, but Oreos, he
gave it a try. It's been a favorite ever since.
Melt:
1 stick margarine
Crush:
32 Oreos*
Mix Oreos & margarine.
Pat in bottom of a 13x9 pan.
Let cool.
1st Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c confectioner sugar
8 oz Cool Whip
Blend together & spread over cookie crust.
2nd Layer: small vanilla instant pudding
small choc. instant pudding
3 c milk
Mix together & spread over 1st layer.
3rd Layer:
8 oz Cool Whip
Spread over 2nd layer.
Top with remaining Oreo cookies, crushed.
I made this in a trifle. For
class parties, I layer it into
plastic cups, with a worm or
2 on top of each one.

* I use my food processor. A blender makes quick work
of it too. -Stephanie
