From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser.   I wanted to have
something to do with ripe bananas besides make banana bread.   My
boys don't like nuts, but I bet walnuts would taste great in these.
Cream: 3 Tbsp butter
1/2 c Crisco
1 c sugar
Add:     2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Add:     2 ripe bananas, mashed
Add:     2 1/2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
Add:    1 c peanut butter chips
1 c chocolate chips

Drop onto greased sheets.
Bake @ 400, 12-15 min

When I'm dieting I replace some of the flour with oat flour
(oatmeal blended into a fine powder in the blender) & replace
the sugar with Splenda.   Add an extra banana (needs it
because of the oat flour).
Bake as bars @ 375 for 15 minutes.
