From the kitchen of Ann Marie Barkwell. Growing up, a
favorite dinner for us was pasta, garlic bread, beets &
salad.
1 can whole beets
2-4 tsp cider vinegar
salt & pepper
Thinly slice beets.
Toss with cider vinegar.
Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.
Eat soon.
