From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser.  This was in
a Taste of Home magazine back in 2000.  When I have
sour cream to use up, I reach for this recipe.
Combine:  
2 eggs
2 c sour cream
1 c milk
3 Tbsp oil

Add:    
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Mix just until combined
Makes 6-8 waffles
