From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser.
2 c sugar
1 1/2 c oil
4 eggs

Add:
2 1/4 c flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon

Beat well, then add:
3 c grated raw carrots
raisins/ walnuts, OPTIONAL

Pour in a greased & floured 13x9x2
Bake @ 300 for 1 hour

Frost with cream cheese frosting
