From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser. The pairing of
chocolate chip cookie dough & brownies is a winner. The
unbaked cookie dough layer is unique because it does NOT
contain raw eggs, making it safe to eat.
Bake 1 batch of favorite brownies in a greased & floured 13x9
pan.
Cream:
1/2 c butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c brown sugar, packed
1/4 c sugar
Beat in:
3 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
Gradually add:
1 c flour
Stir in:
1 c chocolate chips
WARNING: be gentle spreading!!
The dough sticks to & lifts up brownie crumbs.
Drop dough by spoonfuls over cooled brownies.
Carefully spread to cover.
Store in refrigerator.
NOTE: cookie dough layer is NOT baked
This batch was made using Duncan Hines brownie mix. They
taste great pool side on a hot day, but they melt quickly.
Remember to keep them chilled.
"Vegetables are a must on a diet. I suggest carrot cake, zucchini bread, and pumpkin pie."
