From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser.  This is
from a 2006
Taste of Home magazine.  The coating is
so thick & crispy.   I use small pieces of chicken.
In a large bowl or resealable bag:
2 2/3 c flour
2 Tbsp garlic salt
T Tbsp paprika
2 ½ tsp pepper
2 ½ tsp poultry seasoning

In a medium bowl:
2 eggs, beaten
1 ½ c water
1 tsp salt
1 1/3 c flour
1/3 tsp pepper

Heat oil to 375.
Coat chicken, bone in or not,
in egg mixture, then flour mixture.

Fry until golden brown & crispy.
Drain on paper towels.
