From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser.  This recipe is
from
Jif Peanut Butter.  It's very rich & creamy.
Make a:
Chocolate Cookie Crust
(crushed Oreos & melted butter)
Pat into a pie dish.

Beat:
1 c Jif peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese (room temp)
1/2 c sugar
Fold in:
3 c (of 12 oz) cool whip
Pour into cookie crust.

In a glass measuring cup:
All but 2 Tbsp of an 11 oz jar of
Smuckers Hot Fudge Ice Cream Topping
Microwave 1 minute.  Stir.
Spread over peanut butter layer.

Refrigerate until serving time.

At serving time:
Carefully spread
coolwhip on top,  or dollop on
top.

Optional drizzle:
Put remaining fudge in a baggie & drizzle over top
