Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

From the kitchen of Ann Marie Barkwell. These cookies
taste good without the frosting, but the frosting takes
them to a whole new level. A favorite fall recipe.
Cream:
1/2 c butter
1 1/2 c sugar
Add:
1 egg
1 c pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
Add:
2 1/2 c flour *
1 tsp b. powder
1 tsp b. soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
Add:
1 c chocolate chips
Bake @ 350 , 12-13 min
Frosting:
3 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp milk
1 c brown sugar
Boil for 2 min.
Remove from heat &
Add: 1 c confectioner sugar
Top with chocolate sprinkles.
*Add additional flour if dough is too soft.
