Clay asks for these almost every morning.
They are basic waffles. Normally, I don't
bother separating the eggs.
Beat:
2 egg YOLKS
Add:
1 3/4 c milk
1/2 c oil
Add:
2 c flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
In separate bowl beat:
2 egg WHITES
until stiff peaks form.
Fold into batter just until combined.
Pour onto hot iron.
Makes 6 Waffles
