White Pizza

​You can use pizza dough or baked pizza shells as your base. The secret is to use Beano's White Pizza Sauce. I like Classic White Pizza Sauce with Oregano.



Top pizza dough or shell with

Beano's White Pizza Sauce

Top with desired sliced veggies

Drizzle with more Beano's Sauce

Bake as directed



White Cheesy Pizza

​The pizza in the photo was made with Sargento's "4 Cheese Pizzeria" instead of mozzarella. The dark spots are the spices peeking through.



Rub crisco or oil over a pizza pan.

Spread pizza dough.

Let it rise.


In a small bowl, combine:

2 Tbsp oil

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp crushed rosemary

1/2 tsp parsley

1/4 tsp oregano

salt & pepper

Use these amounts as a guideline.

Spread over dough.

Sprinkle with Romano cheese.

Top with shredded mozzarella


Bake @ 375 for 15 minutes or until golden.




Pesto Pizza

​Last year I made a ton of Basil Pesto and discovered that pesto pizza is delish! Usually LeeAnn makes the pizza dough for us, but you can also use store bought.



Oil a pizza pan.

Flour the pizza dough just a little.

Spread the pizza dough in the pan.

Spread 1/2 cup pesto on top.

Put sliced mozzarella over the top of this.

Feta is good too.


Top with:

2 tomatoes, sliced

green pepper, chopped

black olives, sliced

red onion, diced

artichoke hearts

broccoli


Bake @ 450, 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
